Are all orders shipped in Canada free?

Yes! There is free shipping on all orders within Canada!

How will my order be packaged?

All orders are shipped in bubble mailers for added protection to your order. They also include our business card with all our contact information and socials! 

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped by letter mail unless the order is too large to fit through the mail. Then it will be shipped as a parcel with a tracking number. Shipping generally takes about a week and a half depending on your location. Please give us a couple days to prepare and ship your order. You will be updated frequently by text.

What is the case quality like?

Our phone cases are high quality. They are not flimsy and are very strong. Each case has a grip on the sides for added protection. 

What are your Covid-19 precautions?

We take Covid-19 very seriously. Our workspace is sanitized and cleaned before making and packaging each order. Nothing else is done on our case making tables. It is solely used for making and packaging orders. We sanitize and wash our hands thoroughly before making an order. This includes packaging. 

Do you offer refunds?

No, Cases by Diya does not offer refunds.
